Margin prints too large on Citizen GSX-140/240 due to one-inch tractor feed.
Cause:
This Citizen printer automatically feeds the page one inch past the print head. Setting the top margin to one inch will result in a two-inch top margin.
Solution:
Click the 'Start' button, select 'Settings', and select 'Printers'. Right-click the appropriate printer icon and select 'Properties'. Click the 'Paper' tab and click 'Unprintable Area...'. In the 'Top' box, type 0 and click 'OK' twice.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)

3) Right-click the appropriate printer icon, and select 'Properties'.
4) Click the 'Paper' tab. (The 'Paper' tabbed page appears.)
5) Click 'Unprintable Area...'. (The 'Unprintable Area' dialog box appears.)
NOTE: Not all printer drivers have an 'Unprintable Area...' button. If this option is not present, consult your owner's manual for information about setting margins.
6) In the 'Top' box, type 0.
7) Click 'OK', and click 'OK' again.
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the 'Printer' window.
